Click the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours for security.
Go to Settings → Team → Invite Members. Enter their email addresses and select their role (Admin, Member, or Viewer). They'll receive an invitation email to join your workspace.
Yes! Go to Settings → Data Export. You can export your entire workspace as JSON or CSV files. This includes all customers, projects, tasks, messages, and documents. Exports are generated asynchronously and you'll receive an email when ready.
Go to Settings → Integrations. We support Slack, Google Calendar, GitHub, Stripe, and more. Click "Connect" next to any integration and follow the OAuth authorization flow. You can disconnect integrations at any time.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via ACH transfer or wire. Contact sales@task-genie.ai for enterprise billing options.
We take security seriously. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We're SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR compliant, and perform regular security audits and penetration testing. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Yes! Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period and you'll receive a credit for unused time.
Yes! All paid plans include personalized onboarding. We'll schedule a 1-on-1 session to help you set up your workspace, import data, and train your team. Enterprise customers receive dedicated onboarding support and custom training sessions.
